Recipe From Chef Rakesh Sethi Vegetable And Corn Croquette

Ingredients

Grated cabbage 3-4 tbsp
Grated carrot 3-4 tbsp
Chopped french beans 2-3 tbsp
Grated cauliflower 2-3 tbsp
Boiled corn 2-3 tbsp
Bread crumbs 1 cup
Grated potato 1 cup
Grated potato 1 cup

Chilli powder 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Mustard powder 1/2 tsp
Flour batter 1 cup

PROCEDURE:
- Take grated cabbge in a bowl. Add carrot beans & cauliflowr.
- Add corn, potato, red chilli, salt & mustard powder.
- Mix well and make croquette.
- Dip the croquette in the batter. Coat with bread crumbs and
deep fry.
- Vegetable and corn croquette is ready to serve.
